Whenever people find out I turned 40 this year, they ask me how it feels. Unlike other birthdays, something does feel a little different now than it did just months before I was officially 40. In some ways, it has felt like an inflection point. The average person lives until they’re about 80 years old. I’m halfway.
My biggest realization so far? I have figured some stuff out. I want to share what I’ve learned about writing books and getting on stage to speak – and I want to do it with the person who helped me make the most of the moment with smart marketing every step of the way.
That’s why I’m working with my girlfriend, Lauren V. Davis, to do this speaker and author accelerator. We decided on a 6 week accelerator format where learning meets practical application to make sure we weren’t just making folks a to do list of work. We will be getting some sh*t done.
