I love to write, but what I love even more is learning from others. They inspire me to be bold. To think about things differently. In a world where everything is changing, now is the time to tune into each other. I get asked all the time:who should I follow on LinkedIn?
Today, I'm not going to teach lessons or give a "how to." I just want to refresh your reading list. These are people I admire in the world of recruiting who have made me better by sharing what they know. I go out of my way to read what they write and I think you should too.
Prepare To Be Inspired
I'm sure they'll teach you something, too.
- Tara Turk-Haynes. I love her newsletter and really everything she shares. I love that she's posting more videos and advice now. We all need to listen.
- Hung Lee. The Brainfood newsletter is, well, brainfood. Some of the best in the business.
- Hebba Youssef. I smile, laugh, cringe, or think every single time she posts. I am so looking forward to being on her podcast next season.
- Heather Bussing. Heather is love in the form of a lawyer. She shares new content almost every day that's smart, easy to digest, and created from a place of kindness.
- Kim Minnick. I love her daily posts. She consistently makes me smile and I love the idea behind her podcast about career journeys.
- Glenn Cathey. His LinkedIn posts make me think. I really love that he brings real examples and real time data. He tests before posting, so you know it's tried and true if Glenn is sharing.
- Aubrey Blanche-Sarellano. She is posting more regularly on what she knows about AI, equity, pay, and DEI. Definitely worth a follow.
- Kieran Snyder. Kieran's blog is always worth a read no matter your industry or focus. I aspire to tell stories this interesting.
- Jon Hyman. I never knew I could enjoy legal updates so much. His big heart and passion for justice shines through while keeping us all up to date on what's happening with hiring cases in the judicial system.
- Lou Adler. Lou's LinkedIn newsletter is taking on some unique topics. I've been inspired a few times over the last few weeks.
Wait - are we following each other? I post on LinkedIn, too! Let's connect.
