Sometimes, the delirium sets in. I read and write so many job postings - sometimes over 30 a week - that my brain starts to spin. People even send me bad content.
I mean, it's one small typo between a shit and a shift leader, people.
That leads to snarky videos like this about words like "go-getter" and "under-pressure."
Under Pressure is a Queen song, not a job qualification.
There will never be a "right time" for your sacred change - so why give your dreams the attention they deserve now?
If you could put a message in a bottle for a Recruiter to open in the year 2050, what would it say? I'd say this about optimism.
Are we all just blindly following bad behaviors and busted job posting templates by using bullets? Maybe.
Pronoun policies often leave out the most important part: humanity. That's why we need to reconsider them as well as requiring pronouns.
