Free AI Recruiting Tools You Can Try Today (Video Demos)

One of the reasons I write this blog every week is because there’s not one education path into recruiting. If you’ve ever been with a group of recruiters in a room, you know. Their stories are wild. People come from higher education and sales. Lawn care and entrepreneurship. This industry represents all different types of people. People with wildly different experiences.

That works because there’s no one right way to hire, but there is one skill we all need: figuring things out. Sure, there are plenty of people who will try to sell you a best in class approach but anyone who has recruited for any period of time knows the truth. “It depends” is the first answer from anyone qualified to make any recommendations about recruiting.

That’s why learning is more important in our field. We don’t learn once. We learn over and over in new contexts, reconsidering what we know worked before and revising it for new conditions - new hiring managers, volume, and more.

    Sharing Is Caring In Recruiting

But where to focus your energy is always a hard question. I mean, do you really know what the future of work holds or did you just read a white paper that sounded really convincing? The reality? No one knows. Not the people writing that white paper, either.

I do know that when we find practical, applicable resources that can be easily tailored to any recruiting scenario, we should share. Recruiter upskilling helps everyone.

In my hunt for resources like that, I scrolled past a series from Zapier. I love Zapier because it just works. It’s stupid easy. If you haven’t used Zapier, it basically moves data from one system to another in a really easy way. I’m talking drag and drop, fill out a form, done. Now, they’ve built really easy AI applications that I’m pretty sure any recruiter could use after watching these webinars.

I have never signed up for as many webinars at once as I did when I saw this series on AI execution and operations. Not many people are showing actual demos and examples. That’s why I’m generating some and so happy to see these (and share with you)!

Here are a few of their use cases. I've also included my favorite demos. I'm a nerd and spend way too much time watching YouTube so you don't have to.
