    Great Recruitment Marketing Requires One Fundamental Thing

    It all seems so simple when you think about it, but we make it hard.

    Writing recruitment marketing, that is.

    Because writing recruitment marketing isn't about flash. It's about clicking with candidates. It's about never forgetting there's a person on the other side of every sentence.

    That's the focus of my video this week. A reminder, really, that we can't forget that there are stories on the other side of every application and job posting.
