I always have great aspirations for the downtime in December. Things will be quiet, I say. I won't have anything to do. Then, I completely overbook myself with personal and professional things like catch up calls and find myself buried in nice-to-have projects I thought I'd get done the week after.
My other favorite task to wait until this month to do? Getting caught up on my reading. I put all the random webinars and blog recaps I subscribe to in a folder all year long for a week like this where I just have time to read.
It's time we all took some time to catch up on our favorite recruiting advice blog (my blog, of course). This year, instead of hoping you have a foldering system - I'm making a short list of our most read recruiting advice of 2024 in hopes it can inspire you for 2025 planning.
Read them all or just read a few. Regardless - thank you for subscribing.
