Need Your Help! Recruiting Trends In 2025

One of the things I struggle with the most is asking for help. I am most definitely the person that will be seen trying to precariously balance 3 drinks, a bag, and a rolling suitcase at once. I will refuse help when offered. I'm not proud of it, but it's true. Ask my girlfriend. She's very familiar.

I'm not quite sure where I picked that up. It's at least partially from my mother - a single Mom raised by a single Mom learns this lesson well.

However, in business I know that having more voices is important. Entrepreneurs like me can't just trust some headline or survey of 100 people to understand the trends. The conference agenda isn't always aligned with reality.

Take The Survey: Recruiting Trends 2025

Instead of offering more free recruiting advice, I need to ask for 10 minutes of your time. I pulled together this quick survey about your role and what your priorities are for next year. I'm using this information to inform the services I offer from Three Ears Media and to guide what I write about on this blog.

Your answers are anonymous - I will not start calling with sales pitches. Truly, I want to understand what's really a priority in corporate America - not just what the salacious headlines suggest.

    Take the survey here.
